Please join us for the 2019 AKC Canine Health Foundation National Parent Club Canine Health Conference hosted by the AKC Canine Health Foundation and sponsored by Purina.

Registration Process:

$60 Early Bird Registration is available through May 31, 2019.
$125 Regular Registration is available from June 1 - July 31, 2019.
Registration includes conference proceedings, continental breakfast Saturday and Sunday, beverage/snack breaks, dessert reception Friday evening August 9th, lunch Saturday, August 10th, and awards dinner on Saturday, August 10th. Hotel accommodations, travel, incidentals (room service, phone calls, etc.), and meals (other than those mentioned above) are the responsibility of the attendee.

Registration is non-refundable; however, registration is transferable if necessary.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency at the Arch for $155 per night plus taxes.

Continuing Education

This program is approved by the AAVSB RACE to offer a total of 16.25 CE Credits (16.25 max) being available to any one veterinarian and/or veterinary technician.  This RACE approval is for the subject matter category of Medical Program using the delivery method of Seminar/Lecture.
